With 25 plus years of residential construction experience, I am a InterNACHI certified home inspector here to help make your home buying experience go as smoothly and stress free as possible! Along with my InterNACHI certification, I am a licensed general contractor in the state of Utah. This serves to help further my knowledge on building science to insure all hidden areas are inspected properly and determine if there are any underlying defects that need to be taken care of.
